40-3Bll Type Brick Extruder: Clay applicable, suitable for building material and brick factories

Model 40-3BII Brick Extruder uses raw materials such as clay, shale, and gangue. First, the raw materials are crushed, ground, and mixed with an appropriate amount of water to form plastic materials. The materials are transported to the extruder hopper via a conveyor belt, and then enter the barrel under the rotational pushing of the screw shaft. The screw shaft inside the barrel further kneads and homogenizes the materials through extrusion and shearing actions, expels internal air, and forms the materials into dense clay strips. Driven by the thrust of the screw shaft, the clay strips move forward continuously, are extruded into brick blanks of the set shape through the head mold, and finally cut into individual brick blanks by the blank-cutting device. This completes the continuous production process of brick blanks and provides qualified blanks for the subsequent firing process.​

This model is compatible with a variety of raw materials and can use recycled materials such as industrial waste residues for production, meeting the requirements of environmentally friendly production. It adopts a high-strength screw shaft and a wear-resistant barrel, which reduces component wear and extends the service life of the equipment. With excellent material kneading effect, the produced brick blanks have uniform density and high strength, reducing the rejection rate during the firing process.
