Working Principle
Raw Material Storage: It adopts a closed silo design, which can properly store various raw materials such as cement, sand, gravel and additives. The closed storage method effectively avoids dust pollution caused by traditional stacking, ensures the purity of raw materials, and lays a solid foundation for subsequent production. For instance, powdery raw materials like cement are stored in sealed silos, free from interference from the external environment, thus guaranteeing their quality.
Precise Batching: The high-precision sensors independently developed by Kelong are the core of this link. During the transportation of materials via conveyors, the sensors conduct dynamic and precise weighing of each type of raw material according to the preset formula ratio, with the measurement error strictly controlled within ±0.5%. Through accurate control of the weight of various materials, the consistency of the formula for each batch of products is ensured. For example, raw materials like sand and cement are transported to the next process in precise proportions.
Efficient Mixing: By applying frequency conversion speed regulation technology, the mixing system can flexibly adjust the stirring speed and time according to the characteristics of different materials. Under high-speed stirring, different raw materials achieve efficient integration quickly, completely solving the problem of uneven material mixing in traditional stirring methods. Whether it is raw materials for ordinary mortar, or special ones like thermal insulation mortar and waterproof mortar, all can be mixed uniformly.
Automatic Packaging: The uniformly mixed products finally enter the automatic packaging process. The automatic packaging machine completes bagging or canning of products according to the set specifications. There is no need for direct manual contact with materials throughout the process, which reduces interference from human factors and ensures product quality and hygiene.
