Working Principle
The DSJ Single-Shaft Shredder takes a single-shaft cutter roller as its core working component, with interlaced shredding blades distributed on the cutter roller. When the equipment operates, the motor drives the single-shaft cutter roller to rotate at high speed. When large-sized materials (such as plastic pipes, packing barrels, forklift pallets, etc.) enter the shredding chamber, the rotating blades and the fixed toothed plate inside the chamber interlock with each other. Through the combined action of shearing, tearing and squeezing, the materials are gradually crushed into small pieces. At the same time, the material guiding structure in the shredding chamber guides the materials to continuously contact the blades, avoiding material jamming and ensuring a stable and continuous shredding process. Finally, the materials are processed into a shredded form that meets the requirements of subsequent recycling or reprocessing.
