Dual-Purpose (Small Bag & Ton Bag) Dump Station

The dual-purpose (small bag & ton bag) dump station can flexibly switch operating modes: when handling ton bags, hoisting equipment is used to lift and transport the ton bags to the load-bearing platform for fixation. After untying the discharge port, the discharge mechanism guides the materials to fall smoothly; when handling small bags, operators carry the small bags to the dedicated unpacking platform, and pour the materials directly into the feeding hopper after unpacking. In both modes, the dust removal device supporting the equipment starts synchronously, absorbing dust through negative pressure to prevent it from escaping. After the materials are collected by the hopper, they are transferred to subsequent equipment by internal conveying components, realizing the unpacking, discharging and transferring of bagged materials of different specifications and meeting the demand for flexible switching between different batch sizes.

It has extremely strong adaptability, capable of handling two types of materials (small bags and ton bags), covering multiple industries such as chemical engineering, food and building materials. It can meet the material processing needs of different batches without replacing equipment. The dust-proof design is comprehensive: the sealed structure cooperates with the dust removal device to effectively control dust pollution, complying with environmental protection and personnel health requirements.
