A dust collector generates negative pressure through a fan to suck dust-laden gas into the equipment. The gas first passes through filter components (such as filter bags and filter cartridges), where dust particles are trapped on the surface of the filter elements, while clean gas penetrates the filter layer and is discharged through the air outlet. When a certain amount of dust accumulates on the surface of the filter elements, the equipment activates a dust cleaning device (such as pulse jet cleaning or mechanical rapping) to shake the dust off into the hopper. The dust is then discharged through the ash discharge mechanism, realizing a cyclic operation of dust collection and gas purification to continuously treat dust-laden gas flows in industrial production.

It is suitable for various types of dust, and corresponding filter components can be selected according to dust concentration and particle size to meet the needs of different industries. It has good sealing performance, which reduces dust leakage and meets environmental protection standards. The efficient dust cleaning mechanism ensures the continuous and stable operation of the equipment and reduces the frequency of maintenance.
