Working Principle
The film crusher takes a knife roller with anti-winding design as its core working component, and the surface of the knife roller is equipped with sharply edged knives arranged in a special pattern. When the equipment operates, the motor drives the knife roller to rotate at high speed. When materials such as plastic films and stretch films enter the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotating knives first cut the films quickly. At the same time, the material guide plate in the crushing chamber cooperates with the knife roller to prevent the films from winding around the knife roller due to their thin and light characteristics. Through continuous shearing and tearing, the films are gradually crushed into uniform pieces, which are then discharged through the discharge structure. This provides raw materials that meet the requirements for subsequent recycling, granulation or reuse, and the entire process can effectively solve the problems of easy jamming and winding during film crushing.
