Working Principle
The GD Series Inertial Vibrating Hopper Feeder is driven by an inertial vibration motor. When the motor operates, the inertial force generated drives the hopper to produce periodic vibration. This vibration enables the materials inside the hopper to overcome their own friction and cohesion, keeping them in a loose and active state and preventing material arching and blockage. At the same time, the directional thrust generated by the vibration pushes the materials to move evenly along the inner wall of the hopper toward the discharge port, realizing continuous and stable feeding. When the motor stops running, the vibration ceases, the materials lose their power support, and the conveying process stops immediately. There is no need for additional valves to control the on-off of materials, which simplifies the overall operation process.
