Working Principle
The high-speed mixing, color-mixing and drying machine integrates three functions: mixing, color mixing and drying, with a high-speed rotating stirring paddle as its core. When the equipment operates, the stirring paddle drives the materials to move at high speed, generating strong shearing and convection effects. This enables materials of different colors and components to quickly interpenetrate and blend, achieving uniform color mixing. At the same time, hot air is introduced into the machine body, and the hot air fully contacts the high-speed tumbling materials, accelerating the evaporation of moisture on the material surface. In addition, the equipment's exhaust structure promptly discharges moist and hot air to prevent moisture reflow. While completing efficient color mixing and material mixing, the machine simultaneously realizes material drying, reducing the connection time of subsequent processes.
