Working Principle
The JZ40-1 Double Mud Plate Non-Vacuum Brick Extruder uses raw materials such as clay and shale. First, the raw materials are crushed, ground, and mixed with an appropriate amount of water to prepare plastic mud. The mud is transported to the extruder hopper via a conveyor belt and then enters the barrel. Inside the barrel, the double mud plates and the screw shaft work together to knead the mud through double extrusion, expelling part of the air and improving the density of the mud to prevent the subsequent brick blanks from becoming loose after forming. The kneaded mud moves forward continuously under the thrust of the screw shaft, is pushed to the head mold, and extruded into mud strips of the set shape. Finally, the mud strips are cut into individual brick blanks by the blank-cutting device, completing the continuous production of brick blanks and providing basic blanks for the subsequent firing process.

This model adopts a double mud plate design, which enhances the extrusion and kneading effect of the mud. Although it has no vacuum degassing structure, it can still ensure the basic density of the brick blanks, making it suitable for production scenarios with moderate requirements for brick blank precision. It is compatible with various conventional raw materials such as clay and gangue, and can also use a small amount of industrial waste residues appropriately, balancing practicality and environmental protection. The key components are made of wear-resistant materials, which reduce wear during long-term use and extend the service life of the equipment. It has a simple structural design and easy operation process, allowing staff to get started quickly, and the maintenance cost is relatively low. It operates stably with low noise, can meet the continuous production needs of small and medium-sized brick factories, and can flexibly adjust brick types by replacing molds to meet the specifications of different construction bricks.
