    Working Principle

    The JZXD Series Single-Stage Vacuum Brick Extruder first crushes, mixes raw materials such as clay and gangue, and adds water to adjust them to an appropriate humidity, forming plastic materials. After the materials are transported to the barrel, they enter the vacuum chamber under the pushing and extrusion of the screw shaft to remove internal air, preventing the brick blanks from cracking during firing. The degassed materials are further kneaded by the screw shaft to form dense clay strips, which are then extruded into brick blanks of the set shape through the head mold. Finally, the brick blanks are cut by the blank-cutting device, completing the continuous production of brick blanks and providing high-quality blanks for subsequent firing.
