LDH-Plough Shear Mixer: Mixes paint/adhesive, suitable for chemical and paint factories

The LDH-Plow Mixer operates based on the core mechanism of "plow-type stirring + auxiliary dispersion" and relies on a horizontal cylindrical tank. A motor drives the main shaft to rotate at high speed, which in turn drives the plow blades evenly distributed on the shaft to rotate synchronously. The plow blades are designed at a specific angle, enabling them to lift and tumble materials along the tank wall to form a convective cycle. At the same time, they use shear force to break up agglomerated material lumps, achieving initial dispersion.​

For easy-to-agglomerate or high-viscosity materials, some models are equipped with high-speed dispersion paddles. When materials are thrown to the area of the dispersion paddles by the plow blades, the dispersion paddles further break up small agglomerated particles through high-speed shearing and impact, ensuring uniform mixing. With the convective action of the plow blades and the assistance of the dispersion paddles, the materials can be uniformly mixed in a short time. After mixing is completed, the materials are discharged through the discharge valve at the bottom of the tank.

First, it has high mixing efficiency and good uniformity: The convective cycle design of the plow blades covers the entire area of the tank without mixing dead zones, and the cooperation with dispersion paddles can ensure the mixing effect. 

Second, it has wide material adaptability: It can handle powder, granular, fibrous and a small amount of paste-like materials, and is suitable for materials with large differences in specific gravity or easy-to-agglomerate materials. 

Third, it has a durable structure and is easy to maintain: Parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and not easy to stick to materials; the plow blades and main shaft are made of high-strength alloy, featuring good wear resistance and long service life; the side of the tank is equipped with an inspection door for easy operation.

Fourth, it has flexible and controllable operation: The frequency conversion motor can adjust the rotation speed, and some models are equipped with a PLC control system to realize automation, while also supporting manual emergency operation.
