Working Principle
The LTM-3 3D Grinder takes multi-dimensional grinding components as its core, and the grinding rotor and grinding media inside the grinding chamber operate in coordination driven by a motor. After the material to be ground enters the chamber, the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor drives the grinding media (such as grinding balls) to form a three-dimensional circular motion. At the same time, the special toothed structure on the rotor cooperates with the chamber wall to exert extrusion, shearing and impact effects on the material. The material is repeatedly collided and ground by the grinding media in the three-dimensional space, and gradually refined to the target particle size. In addition, the flow-guiding structure inside the chamber guides the uniform distribution of materials, avoiding local accumulation, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient grinding process, and finally outputting grinding products with uniform particle size through the screening device.
