Working Principle
The LX Series Screw Feeder is centered on the rotation of a screw shaft driven by a motor, with the screw blades and the inner wall of the material barrel forming a closed conveying space. When materials enter the material barrel from the feed inlet, the rotating screw blades generate axial thrust to continuously push the materials forward along the inner wall of the material barrel. During the conveying process, the precise cooperation between the screw blades and the material barrel can reduce material residue and prevent blockage caused by material accumulation; at the same time, the closed structure of the material barrel can prevent dust from escaping, ensuring a clean working environment. After the materials reach the discharge outlet, they are smoothly discharged under the action of the screw thrust and accurately fall into target equipment such as hoppers and molding machines, realizing continuous and directional conveying of materials and being suitable for materials in various forms such as granules and powders.

This series of feeders has a simple structure, with core components including the screw shaft, material barrel and drive motor. It is easy to install and disassemble, and the difficulty of daily cleaning and maintenance is low. The screw blades can be customized according to material characteristics: for example, large-pitch blades are used for sticky materials, and wear-resistant blades are used for hard materials, which can adapt to different production needs. The equipment operates with low noise, causing little interference to the surrounding environment. Moreover, its conveying angle is flexible, and the inclination of the material barrel can be adjusted according to the layout of the production line, making it suitable for various conveying scenarios such as horizontal and inclined conveying.
