Working Principle
The high-power crusher takes the high-speed rotating movable knife set and fixed knife as its core working structure. When the equipment operates, the motor drives the movable knife set to rotate powerfully along the main shaft. When materials such as waste plastic, defective plastic granules or various polystyrene foam boxes enter the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotating movable knife and fixed knife form a high-strength shearing and impact effect, quickly breaking the material structure and gradually crushing large or block materials into small granules. At the same time, the flow-guiding design in the crushing chamber guides the materials to continuously contact the knives, avoiding material accumulation and jamming, ensuring an efficient and continuous crushing process, and finally outputting uniform granules that meet the requirements of recycling and reprocessing.
