Working Principle
The plastic dryer adopts the direct hot-wing drying technology and operates based on special manufacturing processes originating from Europe and America. During operation, the hot-wing structure forms an efficient heat exchange space, allowing hot air to act on plastic raw materials evenly and avoiding the problem of uneven heating of raw materials in traditional box-type baking. The hot air continuously penetrates the raw materials, accelerating the evaporation of moisture inside the raw materials while ensuring the raw materials are completely dried. It provides qualified raw materials for the subsequent plastic molding process, and can be used in conjunction with various plastic molding machines to integrate into the plastic production process.
