Working Principle
The screw conveyor uses an electric motor as the power source to drive the screw shaft inside the machine body to rotate. When materials enter the closed barrel from the feed inlet, the screw blades will use the thrust generated by rotation to continuously convey the materials forward along the inner wall of the barrel. During the conveying process, the barrel plays a role in confining the materials and preventing spillage. The helix angle of the screw blades and the rotation speed cooperate with each other to ensure the uniform movement of materials and avoid accumulation or blockage. According to the conveying requirements, the direction of the screw shaft can be adjusted to realize two-way material conveying. Finally, the materials are discharged from the discharge outlet, completing the continuous transfer of granular, powdery or small lump materials, and adapting to different conveying scenarios such as horizontal and inclined conveying.
