Single Screw Plastic Extruder: For PE production, suitable for small and medium-sized plastic factories

The single-screw extruder takes a single screw inside the barrel as its core working component. After materials enter the barrel through the feed inlet, they are conveyed forward along the inner wall of the barrel under the rotational pushing force of the screw. During this process, the heating device outside the barrel and the heat generated by the friction of the materials themselves work together, causing the materials to gradually melt and plasticize, forming uniform molten materials. At the same time, the extrusion force of the screw discharges air from the materials and exerts stable pressure on the molten materials. Finally, the molten materials are extruded from the specific die at the machine head, forming continuous products with preset shapes.​

This equipment has a simple and compact structure, with few core components, so the difficulty of later maintenance and cleaning is relatively low, making it suitable for most small and medium-sized production scenarios. It is easy to operate; by adjusting parameters such as screw rotation speed and barrel temperature, the plasticization degree of materials and extrusion speed can be flexibly controlled to meet the processing needs of different products. In addition, the equipment has strong adaptability to materials—it can stably process granular, powdery raw materials as well as some modified materials. Moreover, it produces low noise during operation, providing good protection for the production environment.​
