Small Bag Dumping Station: Dust-free design, suitable for food, pharmaceutical and chemical plants
Working Principle
The small bag dump station starts with manually assisted bag unpacking. Operators carry bagged materials to a dedicated platform, open the bag mouths, and pour the materials into the equipment's feeding hopper. The feeding hopper is equipped with a built-in material guiding structure, which can guide the materials to fall smoothly and avoid accumulation and blockage. At the same time, the dust removal device supporting the equipment starts synchronously, absorbing the dust generated during the dumping process through negative pressure to prevent dust from escaping into the environment. After the materials enter the hopper, they are transferred to subsequent production equipment (such as mixers and storage bins) through internal conveying components (such as screw conveyors and vibrating feeders), completing the entire process of unpacking, dumping and transferring small-batch bagged materials, and realizing the continuous supply of materials.
