Working Principle
The TH Series Spring Feeder relies on a motor to drive the spring spiral assembly to rotate. When the spring rotates inside the material tube, it generates continuous pushing force. After materials enter the material tube from the feed inlet, they are drawn in by the rotating spring spiral and conveyed upward or forward along the inner wall of the material tube. During this process, the cooperation between the spring and the material tube can reduce material residue and prevent blockage. When the materials are conveyed to the discharge outlet, they are smoothly discharged by the pushing force of the spring and fall into the target equipment (such as a hopper or molding machine). The entire process realizes continuous material conveying through the rotation of the spring, without the need for complex transmission structures, and is suitable for materials in various forms such as granules and powders.
Product Features
This series of feeders has a simple structure, with core components only including the spring, material tube and motor. It is easy to install and disassemble, facilitating daily cleaning and maintenance. The spring assembly can be selected with different pitches and materials according to material characteristics: for example, springs with a smooth surface are used for sticky materials, and wear-resistant springs are used for hard materials. The equipment operates with low noise, causing little interference to the working environment. Moreover, its conveying direction is flexible, and the angle and direction of the material tube can be adjusted according to the layout of the production line. In addition, it does not require a large base, occupies a small area, and can be easily integrated into the existing production line. It is widely used in industries such as plastics, food and chemical engineering. At the same time, no additional auxiliary devices are needed, reducing the overall use cost.
