Application 
Ton bag dump stations are used for unpacking, dumping and transferring bulk ton-bagged materials, widely applied in chemical, building materials, mining, grain and other fields. They can handle ton-bagged chemical raw materials, ores, grains, etc., and are equipped with dust removal devices to prevent dust. They adapt to large-volume material needs, improve transfer efficiency and reduce labor costs.

    Working Principle

    The ton bag dump station uses hoisting equipment for auxiliary feeding. First, the ton bag is lifted and transported to the equipment's load-bearing platform and fixed to prevent displacement during dumping. The operator unties the discharge port of the ton bag, and the material is guided to fall through the discharge mechanism (such as manual or automatic opening and closing device) under the platform to avoid splashing caused by material impact. At the same time, the dust removal device supporting the equipment starts synchronously, absorbing the dust generated during the discharge process through negative pressure to prevent dust from escaping. After the falling materials are collected by the hopper, they are transferred to subsequent storage or processing equipment by internal conveying components (such as screw conveyors and belt conveyors), completing the entire process of unpacking, discharging and transferring bulk bagged materials, and realizing the continuous supply of large-volume materials.​
