Working Principle
The vertical color mixer takes a vertically installed mixing shaft as its core, with spiral or paddle-type mixing components mounted on the shaft. When the equipment operates, the mixing shaft drives the mixing components to rotate at high speed, generating an upward lifting force and radial thrust on the materials inside the barrel. Under the action of the mixing components, the materials move upward along the inner wall of the barrel to the top, then fall naturally due to gravity, forming a "rising-falling" circular convection. At the same time, the shearing effect of the mixing components can break up material agglomeration, allowing materials of different colors and components to be fully blended in the continuous circulation, and finally achieving uniform color mixing and material blending.
