Working Principle
The vibrating screen relies on a vibration motor or vibrator to generate periodic vibration. The vibration force is transmitted to the screen box, which then drives the screen mesh to perform high-frequency reciprocating motion. After materials enter the screen surface from the feed inlet, they perform throwing or sliding motion along the screen surface under the action of vibration, and at the same time, they are stratified according to particle size. Fine particles smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen mesh and fall into the lower material receiving device, while coarse particles larger than the screen holes move along the screen surface to the discharge end and are discharged. During the entire process, vibration not only pushes the materials forward but also prevents the materials from clogging the screen holes, ensuring a continuous and efficient separation process, which is suitable for the classification, impurity removal or filtration needs of materials with different particle sizes.
