Working Principle
The WZL-Horizontal Zero-Gravity Mixer achieves mixing through a set of dual shafts with paddle groups rotating in opposite directions. The two paddle groups rotate along a specific trajectory, creating alternating "zero-gravity zones" and "convection zones" inside the mixer body. When materials are lifted to a certain height by the paddles, they lose support and scatter in a "zero-gravity" state. Meanwhile, the opposite rotation of the dual-shaft paddles drives the materials to convect crosswise (left and right). In addition, the paddles are designed with a special angle that can turn the materials up and down, preventing local accumulation. This allows materials of different components to quickly interpenetrate and blend inside the mixer body, ultimately achieving uniform mixing.
