    Working Principle

    The XXM Planetary Ball Mill takes "planetary motion" as its core working mechanism. When the equipment operates, the main motor drives the revolution shaft to drive the grinding jars to make circular motion (revolution). At the same time, the grinding jars rotate at high speed in the opposite direction (rotation) under the action of their own gear transmission. This compound motion of "revolution + rotation" generates strong centrifugal force, impact force and friction force between the grinding media (such as agate balls, corundum balls) and materials in the grinding jars. The materials are repeatedly squeezed, collided and sheared by the grinding media in the grinding jars, and gradually refined to the target particle size. In addition, the equipment ensures that the materials are uniformly stressed in the jars by reasonably designing the speed matching between revolution and rotation, avoiding insufficient local grinding, and finally achieving an efficient and fine material grinding effect.
