APPLICATION 
The YI-SERIES Plastic and Wood-Plastic Door & Window Profile Production Line is mainly used to produce door and window profiles made of plastic and wood-plastic materials. The plastic door and window profiles it produces are widely used in the manufacturing of indoor and outdoor doors and windows for residential buildings and commercial buildings due to their heat insulation, sound insulation and corrosion resistance. The wood-plastic door and window profiles combine the texture of wood with the weather resistance of plastic, which are suitable for the door and window needs of environmentally friendly buildings, rural homestays and outdoor leisure venues. At the same time, they can also be used in old house door and window renovation projects, providing practical and aesthetic door and window solutions for different architectural scenarios.

    Working Principle

    First, the production line fully mixes plastic or wood-plastic raw materials with required additives. The mixed materials are sent to the extruder, where they are heated, melted and plasticized to form a uniform melt. Driven by the thrust of the screw, the melt is pushed to the special mold for door and window profiles, and forms the initial profile blank according to the shape of the mold cavity. The initial blank then enters the cooling and shaping system to be quickly solidified and shaped, and is subsequently pulled at a constant speed by the tractor. Finally, it is cut into the specified length by the cutting equipment, realizing the continuous production of door and window profiles.
